Lt.Col Warryck Lee Wolf, Lance Corp Benjamine Sheffler, with eight Marines went out on nightly patrol, only to be ambushed by Insurgents with explosives to much for the Unit to hold off. Two IED's exploded leaving Lt.Col Wolf, Lance Corp Ben Sheffler wounded but coherent enough to call in for aerial support. Two Huey's with Apache gunships Located the Unit and Extracted the wounded Marines. Two of the Apaches stayed behind to Search and Destroy the insurgents responsible; in the process they destroyed 12 megatons of explosive Materials.
Lt.Col Warryck Wolf was rushed to surgery after arriving at hospital in Iraq. Lt. Col Wolf's Condition has been upgraded from serious to fair. Lance Corp Sheffler is in fair, Midshipman Emmitt Troy, and Midshipman Lawarane Vegas, were disabled, and are being treated before returing to the U.S.
Lt. Col Warryck Wolf Stated, "I couldn't be more proud of how these boys handled this situation...It was truly a Night in Hell."...These Marines Walked through Hell, and the ones that couldn't walk, were drug by their brothers.
